Job Summary: A professional responsible for inspecting, evaluating, and implementing safety measures, conducting audits, managing risks, and promoting the Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) culture. Key Highlights: 1. Conducting workplace safety inspections and assessments 2. Implementing and monitoring preventive and corrective safety measures 3. Participating in accident investigations and operational risk management **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct workplace safety inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with safety regulations; * Perform behavioral audits and support the issuance of Work Permits; * Implement and monitor preventive and corrective safety measures; * Verify and control the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE), including testing and validation; * Manage authorization, supervision, and rescue operations for high-risk activities, such as confined space work; * Support investigation and analysis of occupational accidents; * Develop educational initiatives and promote the Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) culture; * Monitor performance indicators and support safety audit programs; * Assist in risk management, legal compliance, and liaison with competent authorities; * Support contingency management and participate in the emergency response team; * Provide guidance on environmental practices, including industrial waste treatment and disposal. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 4 years of experience in support roles for management systems within large enterprises; **MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:** * Technical course in Occupational Safety, registered with the Ministry of Labor and Employment; * Emergency environmental response training course with a minimum duration of 16 hours, delivered by an institution or company widely recognized nationally; * Technical rescue training for heights and confined spaces with a minimum duration of 40 hours, delivered by an institution or company widely recognized nationally. **ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:** * Identification and analysis of operational risks; * Use of monitoring instruments (gas detectors, explosimeters); * Preparation of accident and deviation investigation reports; * Knowledge of regulatory standards and participation in audits; * Advisory role in occupational safety; * Application of accident analysis methodologies (Cause Tree, Cause-and-Effect Diagram, 5 Whys).
