Internal and external technical support **Position: Operational Technical Assistant – Printers** We are a company specializing in leasing and maintenance of corporate printers, providing both internal and external technical support. We operate with well-defined processes, emphasize preventive and corrective maintenance, and prioritize organization and service quality for our clients. We are looking for an **Operational Technical Assistant** to reinforce our technical team. The candidate will work under the supervision of the Lead Technician, receiving training and development aimed at progressively gaining autonomy. **Main Responsibilities:** * Installation and preventive/corrective maintenance at client sites, * Technical diagnosis and component replacement, * Driver installation and basic network configuration (IP and connectivity), * Occasional service visits to nearby cities (same-day round trip), * Bench-based equipment maintenance, * Technical cleaning and equipment inspection, * Organization of components and technical inventory, * Equipment preparation for installation, **Requirements:** * Prior experience in printer maintenance, * Basic knowledge of IT and networking, * Brazilian driver’s license category B, * Experience in technical support, * Basic knowledge of electronics, * Experience in outsourcing/leasing companies. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1 hour and 30 minutes for lunch), * Occasional Saturday work (rare situation).
