Join our team and contribute to the success of our commercial operations! **1\.****Responsibilities:** **E\-commerce and Marketplace Management:** ü Monitor and update product listings on major marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Amazon, Magalu, among others). ü Ensure accuracy of information across online sales channels (price, inventory, description, images). ü Monitor sales performance, seeking opportunities to increase conversion and optimize sales campaigns. ü Assist in managing the company's website, ensuring that product information, promotions, and campaigns are always up to date. **Sales Department Support:** ü Support daily activities of the sales department, including sending quotes and negotiating with suppliers. ü Help consolidate sales and performance reports for results analysis. ü Actively participate in implementing sales actions and strategies to achieve sales targets. **Customer Service:** ü Provide customer service on marketplaces, focusing on answering questions and offering support. ü Respond to product-related inquiries. ü Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing questions, resolving issues quickly, and maintaining a high level of communication. **Sales Analysis and Reporting:** ü Assist in analyzing sales data, preparing performance reports, and proposing improvements. ü Identify market trends and opportunities for revenue growth. ü Maintain control over KPIs related to sales and customer service. **Purchasing Department Coordination:** ü Assist the purchasing department in defining demand based on sales and market needs. ü Support inventory management, ensuring stock levels align with sales forecasts. **Development of Sales Strategies:** ü Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies aimed at increasing sales, both in e\-commerce and resale channels. ü Suggest improvements in sales processes, always seeking efficiency and agility. **Administrative Process Monitoring:** ü Collaborate on administrative processes related to sales, such as invoicing, orders, and negotiations. 2\. **Requirements and Preferences:** **Education:** Bachelor's degree completed **Computer Skills**: Intermediate level of Office suite. **Behavioral Profile:** Ability to manage multiple sales platforms, ensuring quality and consistency of information; Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and suppliers; Proactive, results-oriented profile with the ability to efficiently identify and solve problems; Ease in working within teams and collaborating on multidisciplinary projects; **Desired Experience**: Basic knowledge of data analysis tools will be considered a plus.
