We offer consulting services, software development, and technical support for enterprises across multiple sectors. **Responsibilities:** Perform diagnosis, corrective and preventive maintenance on computers and laptops. Replace and install hardware components (memory, HDD/SSD, screens, keyboards, cards, etc.). Format, configure, and install Windows operating systems and corporate tools. Provide on-site user support for hardware- and software-related IT incidents. Ensure equipment integrity and compliance with security standards. Perform tasks associated with standard Field Technician duties. Position based in Montes Claros / MG.
