You will ensure websites operate with stability, security, and efficiency, interacting directly with databases. **Responsibilities:** * **System Development & Maintenance:** Develop web applications, portals, and features using PHP. * **Database Management:** Create, optimize, and manage relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) to store website data. * **API Development:** Design and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices for inter-system communication. * **Frameworks:** Work with PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter) to enhance development efficiency. * **Bug Fixing:** Identify and resolve issues in existing systems. * **Performance Optimization:** Improve application loading speed and performance (e.g., caching, query optimization). * **Security Updates:** Maintain secure code and keep PHP updated to its latest versions. * **Web Integration:** Connect the PHP back-end with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. * **CMS:** Customize and develop themes/plugins for content management systems like WordPress or Moodle. * **Version Control:** Use Git for source code version control. * **Agile Methodologies:** Participate in meetings and planning using Scrum or Kanban. * **Documentation:** Produce technical documentation for developed solutions. **Skills:** * Eagerness to learn and take ownership of your professional development. * Proactivity, organization, and curiosity to solve problems. * Strong communication skills and ease in interacting with people. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, or related fields. * Prior experience in the role, especially with CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. * PHP, SQL Server, REST APIs, Bootstrap, GIT, GitHub, jQuery, Laravel, and frameworks.
