Logistical and sales support ***Job Responsibilities.*** * Conducts inventory control of parts in stock, maintaining updated physical inventory records; * Updates physical inventory to meet route scheduling requirements; informs internal and external customers about receipt, storage, picking, verification, shipping, and delivery; * Assists in preparing freight manifests to enable cargo distribution among carriers and/or in-house delivery; * Assists in route planning, schedules time slots, and optimizes the delivery process for speed and cost-efficiency; supports drivers/motorcycle couriers with issues during deliveries, route reassignments, etc. * Customer service: clarifies inquiries, assists customers in product selection, and ensures a positive shopping experience. * Store organization: keeps shelves stocked, maintains a clean and organized environment, and checks product expiration dates. * Merchandise restocking: verifies inventory levels and ensures product availability for customers. * Cashier operations: registers purchases, processes payments, and issues invoices (in some cases). * Sales support: assists sales staff in customer service and outreach. Important Skills: Strong communication skills, agility and organizational sense, responsibility and attention to detail, proactivity, ability to work in a team.
