Driven by major challenges, we have developed a platform to simplify control and optimize management—from the earliest stages through to project completion. **// General Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and guide the team of assemblers and welders in executing metal structures. * Interpret drawings, designs, and plans (isometric drawings, detailed drawings, sketches). * Monitor and ensure adherence to execution schedules. * Inspect received materials and verify compliance with the design specifications. * Control assembly quality, alignment, plumbness, and leveling of structures. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Support resolution of technical issues during execution. * Record and report construction progress to the responsible engineer/manager. * Assign tasks and monitor team performance. * Coordinate cargo handling, lifting operations, and activities involving equipment (cranes, hoists, platforms). **// Required Qualifications:** * Do you have experience in this role? * Are you available to start immediately? * Do you reside in Montes Claros or the surrounding region?
