




Job Summary: Professional responsible for identifying, organizing, and delivering training; developing learning paths and onboarding programs; and supporting organizational culture. Support for organizational culture and knowledge management initiatives Identify and analyze training needs across company departments; Organize internal and external training (logistics, instructors, materials, invitations, evaluations, etc.); Conduct and monitor climate and engagement surveys, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions; Develop and implement learning paths, onboarding programs, leadership development, and technical upskilling programs; Support organizational culture, internal marketing, and knowledge management initiatives; Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest continuous improvements to programs; Research and implement new learning methodologies and tools (e-learning, gamification, LMS, etc.).
