CONSTRUCTION LABORER

Description

Job Summary: Assist in the preparation and execution of civil construction projects, operating manual equipment and following safety regulations while collaborating with the team. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and adherence to instructions #### **Responsibilities** * Assist in preparing the construction site, including cleaning and organizing materials. * Manually transport materials such as sand, gravel, cement, and mortar. * Operate small manual and electric equipment under supervision for soil compaction and leveling. * Assist in applying base, sub\-base, and asphalt or concrete surfacing layers. * Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of tools and work equipment. * Strictly comply with occupational safety regulations and wear appropriate PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment). * Collaborate with the team to carry out various tasks to ensure smooth project progress. #### **Requirements** * Completed elementary education. * Prior experience in civil construction projects, preferably in paving. * Basic knowledge of manual tools (shovel, hoe, pickaxe, wheelbarrow). * Knowledge of basic occupational safety regulations at construction sites. * Availability to work at various construction sites and during flexible hours. * Ability to follow instructions and work in a team. * Occupational Health Certificate (ASO) valid for this position. #### **Skills** * Manual Tool Handling * Teamwork * Basic Occupational Safety Awareness * Physical Endurance * Construction Site Organization * Basic Communication * Adherence to Instructions ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Allowance, Performance Bonus, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Wellhub \- Formerly Gympass, Life Insurance, Transportation Allowance, Accommodation, On\-site Meals ### **Department:** OPERATIONAL
