Main Responsibilities: \* Health plan implementation (pre- and post-sale) \* Preparation and follow-up of proposals \* Support in office administrative routines \* Data entry and controls in spreadsheets \* Customer and partner service via phone and e-mail \* Organization of physical and digital documents Requirements: \* Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Administration or related fields currently underway are desirable) \* Intermediate Excel proficiency (mandatory) \* Knowledge of Word and PowerPoint (desirable) \* Strong communication and organizational skills \* Proactivity and attention to detail Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Company mobile phone * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
