Job Summary: Serve as a technical reference in AWS Cloud architecture, implementing Infrastructure as Code, supporting the multicloud strategy, and ensuring best practices for the software lifecycle. This is how we connect Localiza\&Co with the future. **HYBRID OPPORTUNITY:** This role is hybrid, requiring 2 days per week on-site at one of our offices (Belo Horizonte or São Paulo) **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities** * Serve as a **technical reference** in Cloud architecture, with focus on **AWS**. * Implement and evolve **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)** using **Terraform/AWS AFT**. * Support the **multicloud strategy** (Azure and GCP are advantages). * Ensure **best practices for the software lifecycle**, with emphasis on Kubernetes, Containers, and Serverless. * Lead **CI/CD and GitOps practices** in critical, high-availability environments. * Develop **scripts and automations** in Python and Bash. * Work on **observability and monitoring** (Datadog is an advantage, in addition to Grafana, Prometheus, and Zabbix). * Provide **technical mentoring** and support the growth of talent within the Cloud team. * Lead and participate in **technical forums**, disseminating architectural best practices. * Collaborate closely and influence backlogs for **Security, Networking, Access Management and IAM, and FinOps**, ensuring architectural alignment and strategic prioritization. * Support the **innovation agenda**, proposing new solutions and approaches. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * **AWS Foundational Certifications** (at least one): * **AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CLF\-C02\)** * **AWS Solutions Architect – Associate (SAA\-C03\)** * **AWS Developer – Associate (DVA\-C02\)** * **AWS SysOps Administrator – Associate (SOA\-C02\)** * Solid production experience with **AWS**. * Proficiency in **Terraform (AFT)** and IaC practices. * Advanced knowledge of **Kubernetes**. * Hands-on experience with **CI/CD and GitOps**. * Practical experience with **Linux and Windows Server**. * Programming/scripting in **Python and Bash**. * Experience with **Containers and Serverless**. * Clear understanding of end\-to\-end Cloud operations. **Advantages** * **AWS Solutions Architect – Professional** certification. * Experience with **Azure and GCP**. * Experience with **Datadog** in complex environments. * **Proficiency in applying AI tools for productivity**, such as **GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, and other generative AIs** integrated into development and operations workflows. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS FOR THIS POSITION** * Profit Sharing * Food Allowance * Meal Voucher * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Gympass * Private Pension Plan * Transportation Voucher * Allya * Unlimited access to various courses from our Localiza University * Internal training and development programs * Discounts on vehicle purchase and rental **Experience being Localiza\&Co and help build the future of mobility with us!** We are one of the **world’s largest and most comprehensive mobility platforms**, bringing together diverse innovative and efficient solutions.
