**Required Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields; Desirable: * Technical education in Mechanics, Electronics, or related areas; * Knowledge of APQP, MASP, MSA, and FMEA tools; * Experience in automotive parts development; * Experience in plastic parts development; * Knowledge of the IATF16949 standard. **Main Responsibilities:** * Defining technical drawings with all specifications; * Developing Validation Plans based on international standards and OEM requirements; * Monitoring injection and assembly try-outs at suppliers and other plants, and preparing technical reports; * Defining and producing functional prototypes for concept validation, possibly using 3D printers; * Direct interface with OEM engineering teams to define specifications through in-person and online meetings.
