We currently have an opportunity for a **Procurement Coordinator** position here at Grupo Nortis. If you have experience in civil construction and wish to join one of the leading companies in the real estate sector, check out this opportunity we have for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan procurement demands by identifying volume, cost, and deadlines through demand control and develop a procurement plan to meet project needs. * Coordinate the entire procurement process—including materials and services acquisition—ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and alignment with construction planning. * Negotiate commercial terms, guarantees, quality, delivery timelines, and SLAs while maintaining contract competitiveness and sustainability. * Develop and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers, fostering long-term partnerships. * Evaluate, approve, and monitor suppliers to ensure technical and operational compliance with internal policies. * Ensure contracts comply with compliance regulations, corporate governance standards, and internal policies. * Guarantee adherence to internal procurement procedures—including requisition, quotation, contracting, receipt, and inspection. * Lead cost reduction, productivity improvement, and process standardization initiatives. * Integrate Procurement with Engineering, Projects, Budgeting, Finance, and Quality departments to ensure clear and proactive information flow. * Conduct training and provide guidance on procurement norms, systems, and best practices. * Monitor compliance with technical standards, legal requirements, quality standards, and safety rules. * Track and resolve incidents related to suppliers, contracts, deliveries, and material quality. * Develop and organize the department’s quality processes by implementing operational procedures as well as archiving and maintaining product and service certificates required for PBQP-H and ISO 9001 certification maintenance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning * Experience in the Civil Construction field * Strong communication skills * Procurement process management experience * Team management experience **Additional Information** **At Grupo Nortis, we offer:** * Flexible Meal Allowance (restaurants/supermarkets) – no payroll deduction * Bradesco Health and Dental Insurance – fully subsidized for primary beneficiaries * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Flexible benefits program via points * Special conditions for purchasing Grupo Nortis properties * Profit-sharing or performance-based results program, differentiated from the market * Gympass and/or Total Pass * Maternity and Paternity Program This is the purpose that inspires and drives us every day.
