Job Summary: Technical AI reference for a growing EdTech company, designing and evolving Machine Learning and GenAI models while working closely with product, engineering, and business teams. Key Highlights: 1. Serving as the technical AI reference, closely collaborating with product and engineering teams. 2. End-to-end development and implementation of AI/ML models. 3. Mentoring the team on coding standards and data-driven culture. We are supporting one of our key clients — an EdTech company expanding its AI team. You will serve as the technical AI reference, working closely with product, engineering, and business teams to design, build, and evolve Machine Learning and GenAI models. * Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML models (from PoC to production). * Architect data pipelines, model training, evaluation, and monitoring systems. * Apply GenAI, NLP, recommendation, or computer vision techniques (as required by the product). * Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define solutions. * Ensure MLOps best practices, model versioning, and observability. * Mentor the team on coding standards, experimentation, and data\-driven culture. * Work in a hybrid model, participating in strategic in-person ceremonies. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Senior-level experience as an AI Engineer / Machine Learning Engineer in production environments. * Strong proficiency in Python and ML/Deep Learning libraries (e.g., scikit\-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch). * Experience with data architecture, APIs, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure). * Experience with MLOps (CI/CD for models, monitoring, experiment tracking). * English proficiency for technical reading and interaction with global documentation/teams. * Availability for a hybrid work model and CLT employment. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with LLMs, GenAI, RAG, embeddings, and tools such as LangChain. * Prior experience building data-oriented digital B2B or B2C products. * Contributions to open-source projects, research papers, or AI communities. * Experience in high-scale environments (millions of users or events).
