




You will be responsible for leading and evolving operations, ensuring **efficiency, standardization, quality, and high performance**. This position has a strategic and analytical focus, with strong interaction among company units, logistics partners, and support areas, directly impacting **customer experience and business results**. **Key responsibilities:** Monitor and guide operational demands, defining priorities, delegations, and follow-ups. Conduct in-person visits to stores, observing routines, briefings, and operational processes. Ensure execution of checklists, audits, and action plans, with a focus on delivery operations. Promote process standardization, benchmarking across units, and competitive analysis. Evaluate and approve operational expenses within defined criteria. Monitor monthly inventories, preventive and corrective maintenance. Collaborate integrally with other company departments. Track operational KPIs, consolidating performance reports and presenting them to senior management. Develop and monitor action plans to correct deviations. Manage the team, overseeing and developing team members. Manage the area’s financial operations. Support product launches and brand initiatives. Support and collaborate on initiatives related to the company’s ESG goals. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Business Management, or related fields. Experience in **operations management**, preferably in the food and/or hospitality sectors. Solid experience in **team leadership**. Knowledge of strategic planning, budget management, and operational KPIs. Proficiency in administrative routines, scheduling, and HR processes.
