




**Accounting and Tax Management** Lead the internal accounting function, ensuring accurate classification, reconciliation, and monthly and annual financial closing. Ensure compliance with accounting standards (CPC/IFRS) and the company’s internal policies. Supervise tax assessments (direct and indirect), in partnership with the tax team, guaranteeing compliance with legislation (ICMS, PIS/COFINS, IR/CSLL, etc.). Coordinate internal and external audits, responding to all requests for financial and accounting information. **Controlling & Business Performance** Design, coordinate, and enhance the annual budget (Budget), revisions (Forecast), and financial result projections. Implement and monitor performance KPIs (financial and operational), focusing on margins, production costs, and profitability by product, channel, and customer. Develop and maintain management reports (management income statement, variance analysis, dashboards) to support executive decision-making. Support pricing studies, contribution margin analysis, break-even analysis, and economic-financial feasibility assessments for new products, investments, and projects. Ensure accurate calculation of industrial costs, including procurement, processing, packaging, logistics, and other inputs. Define and review allocation criteria for fixed and variable costs, monitoring their impact on the profitability of different SKUs and product lines. **Governance, Processes and Internal Controls** Map, review, and strengthen internal controls within the accounting and controlling functions, reducing risks of errors and fraud. Propose and lead process improvements, automation initiatives, and cross-functional integration (production, logistics, sales, procurement, HR). Act as custodian of accounting and financial policies, supporting other departments in their correct application. **Leadership & Relationship Management** Manage the Accounting and Controlling team, developing technical and behavioral competencies. Act as a business partner to the executive leadership team, translating numbers into clear insights. Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, consultants, and other stakeholders as required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences or related fields, with active CRC registration; Solid prior experience as Controller, Controller Coordinator/Manager, or Accounting Manager, preferably in dairy or food & beverage manufacturing industries; Proficiency in corporate and management accounting, monthly closings, and financial result determination; Experience in industrial cost accounting, pricing, margins, and profitability analysis; Knowledge of CPC/IFRS standards and tax legislation applicable to the manufacturing sector; Willingness to work onsite in the Bom Retiro region, São Paulo/SP.
