Here are more details about this opportunity: * ️ **Your day-to-day as a Senior Infrastructure Analyst** * Serve as Level 2 (N2) for incidents and service requests, performing advanced troubleshooting before escalation. * Perform maintenance and support for corporate computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals. * Install, configure, and administer Windows and Linux operating systems (workstations and servers). * Administer the Microsoft 365 environment (users, groups, permissions, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint). * Manage and monitor LAN/WAN networks, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, corporate Wi-Fi, switches, and routers. * Configure and administer firewalls and network security policies. * Work within AWS environments and integrate with Cloudflare for DNS, security, and performance. * Use monitoring tools such as Zabbix and Grafana to create dashboards and alerts. * Develop and maintain scripts (PowerShell, Bash, or similar) for routine automation. * Manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle, as well as document technical procedures. * Support contract and vendor management, and apply information security best practices and ITIL principles. * Explore and leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, automation, and support/service delivery. ✨ **What you need to join our Infrastructure and Support team:** * Prior experience as a Senior Infrastructure and/or Support Analyst (Level 2), with strong autonomy in problem resolution. * Solid experience supporting users and corporate environments. * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration (users, groups, email, Teams, permissions). * Knowledge of corporate networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, corporate Wi-Fi). * Experience configuring and administering firewalls. * Familiarity with Linux (basic server/service administration). * Hands-on experience with AWS and Cloudflare (DNS, proxy, security rules). * Experience with monitoring using Zabbix, Grafana, or similar tools. * Experience writing scripts (PowerShell, Bash, or similar) for task automation. * Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management best practices. * Intermediate English proficiency for reading and understanding technical documentation. * Completed or final-year undergraduate studies in Computer Networks, Information Systems, IT Management, Computer Science, or related fields. **Not mandatory, but a significant advantage if you have:** * Certifications in Microsoft, AWS, Linux, networking, or ITIL. * Experience with virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V). * Experience in high-availability environments with strict SLA requirements. * Prior experience using AI tools in IT operations. * Excellent writing skills for documentation and communication via ticketing systems. * A dynamic, creative, proactive profile with strong interest in emerging technologies. **✅ Work model:** Hybrid (São Paulo \- SP) ✅ **Employment type:** CLT If you want to build something great.
