**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Participation in all stages of an M\&A process;
* Development and monitoring of business plans and valuations;
* Preparation of marketing and financial materials;
* Market analysis and sectoral research, including investor presentations;
* Support in contract negotiations, discussion of transaction structures, and client prospecting;
* Support to partners during negotiation and due diligence processes;
* High exposure to partners.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Undergraduate student with graduation scheduled from July 2027 onward;
* Advanced/Fluent English;
* Strong analytical, communication, and proactive skills;
* Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency;
* Knowledge of accounting and financial statement analysis;
* Extracurricular/professional experience in finance is desirable;
* Advantage: Fluent/Native Spanish.
