Key Responsibilities: * Lead and coordinate the Style team, ensuring excellence and adherence to collection development timelines. * Conduct fashion trend research, consumer behavior analysis, and market benchmarking, translating insights into FILLITY’s brand identity and positioning. * Develop and approve collection concepts, mood boards, color palettes, materials, and product briefs. * Ensure aesthetic consistency and collection quality across all stages—from creation through final approval of pilot garments. * Collaborate closely with Procurement, Planning, and Marketing departments to align creative vision with the company’s commercial objectives. * ✅ Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Styling, or related fields. Solid experience in collection development and managing creative Style teams—preferably within fashion retail. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop). Technical knowledge of fabrics, trims, and apparel production processes. Strategic business acumen and strong aesthetic sense. ?
