If you are an IT professional who enjoys hands-on work, troubleshooting, networking, security, consultative customer support, and wish to advance your career at a leading Cybersecurity company… **this opportunity may be for you.** ?? **Key Responsibilities:** * Administer, configure, deploy, and maintain wireless network (Wi\-Fi) environments, including Access Points, controllers, authentication, segmentation, access policies, and integration with infrastructure and security solutions; * Monitor environments via dashboards, KPIs, and management tools, performing performance, coverage, capacity, availability, and stability analyses, proactively identifying and resolving faults; * Perform troubleshooting of incidents related to wireless connectivity and network infrastructure, including authentication, roaming, interference, signal degradation, communication, and user experience; * Provide technical support to customers and end users, conducting analysis, diagnosis, handling, and resolution of service tickets, ensuring SLA compliance and operational continuity; * Plan, deploy, validate, and optimize connectivity, mobility, and security solutions, including PoCs, labs, upgrades, expansions, migrations, and environment improvements; * Develop architectures, technical designs, documentation, technical reports, operational procedures, and risk, vulnerability, and operational impact analyses; * Participate in infrastructure, connectivity, and information security projects, engaging in technical alignment with clients, vendors, and internal teams; * Automate routine tasks, support continuous improvement initiatives, knowledge sharing, technical training, and ongoing updates on technologies and partner vendors. **Requirements:** **To apply for this position, we expect you to have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Networking, or related fields * Knowledge of networking and TCP/IP protocols * Experience with Linux and Windows environments * Familiarity with infrastructure, monitoring, virtualization, and cloud * Intermediate English proficiency * Technical certification in infrastructure solutions, such as: Aruba (ACSA/ACA\-CA, ACSP/ACP\-CA, or ACX\-CA) * Technical networking certification, such as: CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with information security projects * Certifications such as CompTIA Security\+, ITIL, CCSA, CCSE, or ISO 27001 Foundation * Experience with automation, scripting, and cloud environments * Prior experience supporting critical environments and serving corporate clients ***??
