Technical and behavioral support to the team **What We Expect From You:** * Bachelor's degree in Technology, Data, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. * Master's degree in Project Management, Business Management, or related fields is desirable. * Proficiency in Project Management, Data Analysis, Interpretation, and Decision-Making. * Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and Process Management. * Proficiency in Programming Languages. * Proficiency in Databases. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Define, develop, test, and deploy low-, medium-, and high-complexity data pipelines by analyzing stated objectives to determine data modeling and transformation rules, ensuring data lineage while prioritizing maintainability, scalability, performance, availability, and security—aligned with FinOps practices. * Analyze, correct, and improve low-, medium-, and high-complexity data pipelines through code and data analysis, using components from the defined technical stack. * Collaborate with the team by proposing suggestions to enhance the development and maintenance process, and develop automations for data pipelines. * Write and suggest improvements to technical documentation per internal procedures, supporting knowledge management and governance. * Define the optimal architectural approach by analyzing functional and non-functional requirements and the technical stack, to deliver data effectively. * Support the team’s (technical and behavioral) development by removing impediments, providing guidance, and conducting training sessions—aligned with company values and knowledge management principles.
