Job Summary: An administrative and operational support professional who assists with financial/tax routines and provides support to various departments, requiring completed high school education and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Requires completed high school education and proficiency in Microsoft Office. * **Customer Service**: Customer service (telephone, e\-mail, WhatsApp, postal mail); * **Operational Support**: Organize files and documents, and update records in internal systems. * **Financial/Tax Routines**: Assist in verifying and controlling various payment methods: credit, debit, checks, bank transfers, etc. * **Departmental Support**: Perform support activities for the Finance and Accounting departments, and provide support to Telemarketing. Requirements and Qualifications * **Education**: Completed high school education is the minimum standard requirement; technical or higher education courses are advantageous. * **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and familiarity with CRM systems.
