Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** Work within the Engineering department, collaborating on the development, execution, and supervision of architectural projects for buildings, interiors, and other constructions; implementing, under supervision, layout modifications for departments, units, and public service points; organizing study meetings; conducting area surveys and producing corresponding drawings; regularizing adaptations per current legislation; assisting in preparing work programs and methodologies for assembling and maintaining building structures, building installations, visual communication, urban planning, landscaping, thermal and acoustic insulation, and road systems—through monitoring and implementation of specific projects per area; technically overseeing approval processes with public agencies (e.g., City Hall, Fire Department, Health Surveillance Agency), including architectural project regularization for approvals, and performing other related and inherent duties. **Job Description** Collaborate in the development, execution, and supervision of architectural projects for buildings, interiors, and other constructions—using designs, software-based studies, and monitoring of changes—to create more functional and ergonomic environments. Implement, under supervision, layout modifications for departments, units, and public service points; organize study meetings; conduct area surveys and produce corresponding drawings; regularize adaptations per current legislation—aiming for optimal space utilization and regulatory compliance. Assist in preparing work programs and methodologies for assembling and maintaining building structures, building installations, visual communication, urban planning, landscaping, thermal and acoustic insulation, and road systems—through monitoring and implementation of specific projects per area—to meet project requirements, contract administration, construction supervision, engineering and maintenance services, managing and administering services and renovations, and supervising contractors and suppliers. Technically oversee approval processes with public agencies (e.g., City Hall, Fire Department, Health Surveillance Agency) through architectural project regularization for approvals. Contact architecture-specific material suppliers to define required items, quality, and specifications; stay informed about innovations and exchange information to procure appropriate materials for construction projects. Handle regularization of access for people with physical disabilities, building lighting projects, and general building adaptation works. Be responsible for general building maintenance—for example, interior painting of common areas and departmental interiors, façade painting, replacement of tiles and flooring. Assist in developing architectural plans and projects at all stages—defining materials, finishes, techniques, methodologies—and analyzing data and information. Collect data, conduct studies, plan, design, and specify. Assist in developing economic and environmental feasibility studies. **Candidate Requirements** Completed undergraduate degree.
