Day-to-day responsibilities include: Analyzing tender notices and technical specifications to prepare commercial and technical proposals according to requests from public and private entities. * Recommending and validating teams and technical portfolios based on the company’s technical capability certificates. * Preparing commercial proposals for tenders, including pricing analysis, unit cost composition, labor costs, BDI (Basic Direct Costs), statutory charges, and taxes. * Ensuring price proposals strictly comply with requirements specified in tender notices. * Interacting with various internal departments to gather information and compile price proposals. * Reviewing qualification documents and technical/commercial proposals to ensure compliance with tender requirements. * Conducting site visits to assess client specifications and develop proposals aligned with project demands. * Participating in in-person or electronic tender processes, following established procedures. * Monitoring tender progress, ensuring proper document management and adherence to regulatory deadlines. * Tracking the entire tender process from publication through conclusion. * Managing tender opportunities and schedules using specialized software. * Preparing clarifications and responding to queries during tender processes. * Staying updated on tender-related legislation, procedures, and associated tools. * Analyzing and managing technical capability certificates issued to engineering consulting firms. * Evaluating competitors’ documentation and supporting administrative procedures within the department. * Managing technical portfolios and preparing ARTs (Technical Responsibility Annotations). ### **Mandatory Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture, with active CREA/CAU registration. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). * Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering, including preparation and evaluation of price proposals, and analysis of technical capability certificates and professionals. * Knowledge of Brazilian Tender Law and tender procedures. * Experience operating government procurement websites. ### **Desirable Requirements** Knowledge of Technical Proposals will be considered an advantage. ### **Employment Type** Both CLT and PJ ### **PwD Inclusion** No ### **Work Location** BONIN ENGENHARIA E CONSULTORIA SOCIO AMBIENTAL LTDA ### **Working Hours** Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 12:00 – 13:00 – 17:30
