Through our broad range of activities, we play a fundamental role in the collective organization of society and in shaping citizens’ living environments worldwide. **About the Role** **Role Objective** Develop technical drawings and models in a BIM environment for sanitation infrastructure projects, supporting the engineering team in preparing layouts, profiles, and technical documentation required for project development and execution. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop detailed technical models and drawings in a **BIM** environment for sanitation projects, aligned with technical solutions and concepts defined by the engineering team. * Prepare **layouts, sections, profiles, construction details, and material lists** based on developed models. * Perform adjustments and updates to models and drawings according to project revisions and technical guidance from the engineering team. * Assist in organizing and managing digital files in the **Common Data Environment (CDE)**, ensuring revision control and document versioning. * Support the generation of **technical packages**, graphical documentation, and quantities extracted from BIM models to meet contractual requirements. * Contribute to standardizing technical drawings and project documentation. * Support the team in preparing technical documents such as descriptive specifications and material lists. **What do we need from you** **Mandatory Requirements** * Technical or higher education (pursuing or completed) in: + **Architecture** + **Civil Engineering** + **Environmental and Sanitary Engineering** + **Hydraulic and Sanitation Technology** + or related fields. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** for preparing 2D technical drawings and project modifications. * Intermediate knowledge of **Civil 3D**, including: + surface modeling + pipe networks + pressure networks + layout and profile generation * Basic knowledge of **Microsoft Office**. **Desirable Requirements** * Familiarity with BIM project management tools, such as: + **BIMCollab** + **BIM 360** + **Autodesk Docs** * Knowledge of **basic sanitation projects**. * Experience in preparing **technical packages**, quantity take-offs, and project documentation. **Technical Competencies** * Development of technical drawings and project detailing * Modeling and documentation in a BIM environment * Preparation of technical layouts, profiles, and sections * Extraction of quantities and material lists * Organization and management of technical documentation in the CDE * Support to the engineering team in developing sanitation projects **What's in it for you?** **Benefits That Value You** At Egis, we believe great work starts with a great environment.
