Through our broad range of activities, we play a fundamental role in the collective organization of society and in shaping citizens’ living environments worldwide. **Job Description** **Position Objective** To support the development, coordination, and technical validation of engineering projects focused on the sanitation sector, ensuring delivery quality, adherence to technical and regulatory standards, as well as compliance with contractual and operational requirements of projects. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare, review, and validate conceptual studies, basic designs, and detailed engineering designs for water supply systems, wastewater collection systems, pumping stations, transmission lines, collector networks, booster lines, and other sanitation infrastructure. * Ensure technical compliance with **ABNT** standards, **Sabesp NTS**, and all applicable legal, environmental, and regulatory requirements. * Coordinate and provide technical guidance to teams of designers, technologists, and drafters, ensuring adherence to deadlines, technical quality, and contractual scope. * Conduct critical analysis of existing projects, proposing appropriate technical solutions, engineering alternatives, and execution methodologies suited to local conditions and client needs. * Supervise project development in a **BIM** environment, validating multidisciplinary models and ensuring accurate extraction of quantities, material lists, and technical documentation. * Prepare descriptive and calculation memoranda, technical opinions, material specifications, and construction methodology specifications. * Participate in technical meetings with clients, public agencies, concessionaires, and other stakeholders, serving as the team’s technical reference. * Conduct technical site inspections, field surveys, supervision of geotechnical investigations, and analysis of geotechnical, hydrological, and environmental reports. * Support preparation of documents required for environmental licensing, water resource use permits, expropriations, easements, and land regularization, per contractual requirements. * Contribute to continuous process improvement, standardization of deliverables, and technical development of the team. **Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields**. * **Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience** in sanitation projects, including work on: + water distribution networks; + sewage collection networks; + pumping stations; + transmission lines; + treatment plants. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** and **Civil 3D**. * Knowledge of at least one hydraulic modeling software, such as: + **EPANET** + **WaterGEMS** + **SewerGEMS** * Experience developing projects in a **BIM** environment (Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks). * Solid knowledge of **ABNT** standards and **Sabesp NTS**. * Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office suite, especially **Excel**. **Desirable Requirements** * Postgraduate degree, MBA, or professional development courses in: + sanitation; + hydraulics; + BIM; + cost estimation; + project management. * Experience in multidisciplinary project coordination. * Knowledge of environmental licensing and land regularization processes. * Experience managing technical teams or functional leadership. **Technical Competencies** * Development and coordination of sanitation projects * Hydraulic and sanitary infrastructure design * Hydraulic modeling * Preparation of descriptive and calculation memoranda * Interpretation and application of technical standards * Multidisciplinary project coordination in a BIM environment * Technical analysis of construction solutions * Technical support for licensing and land regularization **Additional Information** **Benefits That Value You** At Egis, we believe great work begins with a great workplace.
