Interaction with designers, architects, and clients Description: We seek a Construction Engineer with an analytical mindset, curiosity, and strong results orientation. This position targets professionals who have supervised the full construction cycle—from foundations to finishing works—as either a resident engineer or intern. Experience in companies within the following segments: Residential (building): Mitre, Gafisa, Even, Rocontec, Sinco, among others. High-end residential: CPA, Fairbanks, LAER, MPH, MFC, Epson, LOCK, among others. Corporate: Athie Wohnrath, Saeng, Informov, Hauz Responsibilities and Duties * Monitor and ensure quality control, schedule adherence, and cost management for assigned construction projects. * Support physical\-financial planning and development of execution schedules. Coordinate field teams, suppliers, and service providers to ensure productivity and technical compliance. * Control measurements, inputs, procurement activities, and supply chain flow. * Prepare progress reports and performance indicators. * Interact with designers, architects, and clients to align expectations and technical decisions. * Contribute engineering analyses and reengineering solutions aimed at efficiency and cost optimization. Requirements and Qualifications * Education: Civil Engineering degree (1–5 years since graduation) * Experience: Full-cycle construction project execution, preferably in the building or high-end residential segment. * Ability to read and interpret execution drawings (mandatory) 2512300202491890319
