Job Summary: We are seeking a Design Architect with retail construction experience to develop architectural projects, create layout and design solutions, and coordinate technical teams. Layout and design solution development We are hiring a Design Architect If you work in this field and have retail construction experience (Supermarkets and Wholesalers), this opportunity could be yours! * Location: Tatuapé – São Paulo/SP * Format: 100% on-site \| Service Provision \- PJ Develop architectural projects, including floor plans, sections, elevations, and technical details. Develop layout and design solutions considering comfort, aesthetics, ergonomics, and sustainability. Supervise construction execution, ensuring fidelity to designs and specifications. Coordinate technical teams and suppliers involved in the project. Conduct feasibility studies, urban code analysis, and legal regulatory reviews. Prepare technical specifications, descriptive reports, and material and finish budgets. Communicate with clients and stakeholders to align expectations, timelines, and costs. Apply sustainability and accessibility principles in projects. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Architecture and Urbanism. * Active registration with the Council of Architecture and Urbanism. * Prior experience in architectural project development and construction supervision. * Proficiency in design and drafting software (AutoCAD), ArchiCAD, Revit, SketchUp. * Experience in wholesale/retail construction projects.
