Job Summary: Assist in the development and updating of technical projects in AutoCAD, supporting engineering efforts and ensuring documentation organization. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on technical standards and project organization JOB – PROJECT ASSISTANT Location: Cidade Industrial Satélite de São Paulo, Guarulhos \- SP, 07231\-150 Segment: CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT RENTAL COMPANY Salary and Benefits: R$ 1\.800,00 Meal voucher or food allowance, medical assistance, and life insurance. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Employment Type: CLT (Permanent Contract) Main Responsibilities: Assist in issuing, developing, and updating technical projects in AutoCAD; Support the development of shoring projects, multidirectional shoring systems, formwork, temporary structures, and construction layouts; Assist in checking and reviewing drawings according to technical standards and engineering guidelines; Organize and manage digital and physical project files; Support the preparation of descriptive memoranda, technical reports, and construction documentation; Assist in monitoring project schedules and deliverables; Provide customer service, deliver basic project-related information, and handle incoming phone calls; Facilitate communication among engineering teams, construction sites, and operational departments; Comply with internal procedures, technical standards, and safety regulations. Requirements: Organized, analytical, and proactive profile; Attention to detail, deadlines, and technical standards; Strong communication skills, courtesy, and ease in customer and telephone interactions; Teamwork orientation and good interpersonal relationships; Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drawing development and editing; Experience in engineering projects, conventional shoring, and multidirectional shoring systems is a plus; Basic knowledge of reading and interpreting structural drawings; Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or related fields currently in progress are desirable).
