Source, negotiate, and contract TAC or ETC vehicles; validate assumptions at the time of contracting; monitor required documentation and validations for the registration process; track daily vehicle scheduling and associated requirements; liaise with internal clients and TAC or ETC carriers; prepare performance reports (KPIs) and analyze data derived from these processes; and execute corrective and preventive action plans.**Requirements**
