Job Summary: Analyze and structure strategic data to support leadership in decision-making through the development of KPIs, information analysis, and creation of reports and dashboards. Generate insights to improve processes and support decision-making Job Mission: Analyze and structure the company's strategic data to support leadership in decision-making by building KPIs, analyzing information, and developing reports and dashboards that translate data into business-relevant insights. Key Responsibilities: **KPI Development** Define, collect, and structure data to create and monitor KPIs and OKRs aligned with company goals and strategy. **Data Analysis** Interpret data, identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, generating insights to support process improvement and decision-making. **Report and Dashboard Development** Develop and maintain managerial reports and interactive dashboards to facilitate leadership’s visualization and understanding of complex data. **Decision-Making Support** Provide data-driven analyses and strategic recommendations to the General Director and other departments. **KPI Management and Implementation** Support the structuring, monitoring, and continuous improvement of departmental performance indicators. Technical Skills: * **Statistical Analysis:** Proficiency in descriptive and inferential statistics for data interpretation and validation. * **Data Modeling:** Understanding of data structures and databases for organizing and extracting information. * **Analytical Programming:** Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and Python or R for advanced analytics. * **Data Visualization:** Ability to transform data into clear, strategic visualizations. * **Project Management:** Organization and tracking of projects focused on KPI development and implementation. Tools and Systems: * Databases * Excel / Advanced Spreadsheets * BI and Visualization Platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) * Programming Languages (SQL, Python, or R) * Corporate Systems (ERP and CRM) * Project Management Tools
