Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior professional to design, develop, and evolve scalable backend services using Node.js and Python, with a focus on AWS Serverless and Generative AI integration. Active participation in discussions and integration of Generative AI **What We’re Looking For:** A Senior-level professional experienced in **(Node/Python/AWS).** **Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and evolve scalable backend services using Node.js and Python, applying System Design principles to build resilient solutions; * Serverless Ecosystem: Implement REST APIs and event-driven architectures using AWS core services (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS/SNS, Step Functions); * GenAI Integration: Actively participate in technical discussions about Generative AI, supporting architectural decisions, responsible usage, and integrations with legacy systems and new products; * Data Persistence: Work with NoSQL databases, primarily DynamoDB, ensuring high performance and efficient data modeling; * Infrastructure as Code: Create and manage infrastructure automatically using Terraform; * Technical Leadership and Quality: Serve as a technical reference for the team, conducting code reviews, mentoring, and promoting best practices in Clean Code, SOLID, and Design Patterns; * Observability and Resilience: Ensure application health through monitoring tools (Datadog) and security and testing practices. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in Node.js: Solid and proven backend development experience within the Node ecosystem; * AWS (Serverless) Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, SQS, and SNS; * Systems Architecture: Consistent knowledge of designing scalable solutions, microservices, and event-based architectures; * Software Engineering: Mastery of design patterns, Git version control, and CI/CD pipeline construction (e.g., GitHub Actions); * Infrastructure as Code: Strong practical experience with Terraform; * Observability: Hands-on experience with Datadog for monitoring and troubleshooting; * Interest in AI: Genuine desire to learn and grow in the field of Generative Artificial Intelligence. **Desirable:** * GenAI Context: Understanding of concepts such as LLMs, prompts, agents, and embeddings applied to software development; * Python Proficiency: Experience with the language, especially for automation or AI model integration; * Banking Sector Experience: Knowledge of security and compliance nuances in financial systems. **Behavioral Profile:** We seek a person who: * Enjoys teamwork and is **collaborative** in their responsibilities; * Has **courage** to challenge themselves and go beyond, embracing new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into **creative solutions** and pursues quality in all daily activities; * Possesses strong **problem-solving skills**; * Has the ability and feels comfortable working independently and **managing their own time**; * Is interested in handling technologically **adverse and innovative** situations.
