Here, you will find an innovative, collaborative environment focused on people’s and business’s development. **Join Amigoz** and learn more about the challenge within the **Products** team. **Responsibilities and Duties** Act as a **Senior Product Owner**, responsible for **translating product strategy into clear deliverables**, ensuring backlog management, requirement elaboration, and execution oversight in direct partnership with the **Project Coordinator**. **Backlog and Requirements Management:** * Maintain, detail, and organize the **product backlog**, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and readiness for development. * Translate strategic guidelines defined jointly with the Coordinator into **clear user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.** * Lead **backlog refinement sessions**, ensuring shared understanding among technical teams and stakeholders. * Ensure requests are properly sized, avoiding rework and ambiguity. **Day-to-Day Team Engagement** * Monitor **daily deliverables**, clarifying functional questions and prioritizing adjustments. * Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, daily stand-up, review, and retrospective). * Serve as the primary functional reference for the technology team regarding the product. * Support rapid decision-making during execution, always aligned with the Coordinator. **Business and Regulatory Alignment** * Deeply understand **business rules for payroll-deductible cards, benefit cards, and agreements.** * Ensure deliverables comply with regulatory, operational, and legal requirements. * Collaborate with departments such as **Legal, Credit, Operations, and Partners** to validate requirements and workflows. **Product Quality, Scalability, and Evolution** * Guarantee functional quality of deliverables by validating scenarios, workflows, and exceptions. * Identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and scalability in solutions. * Support continuous improvement initiatives, technical evolution, and reduction of manual dependencies. * Monitor product operational metrics (errors, rework, cycle time, incidents). **Collaborative Responsibilities with the Coordinator** * Support the construction and maintenance of the **product roadmap.** * Provide technical and functional inputs for **strategic prioritization.** * Assess impacts, risks, and technical dependencies of requests. * Ensure alignment between planning and execution. **Skills and Prerequisites** * Solid experience as a **Product Owner, Senior Product Analyst, or Senior Business Analyst.** * Experience in financial products, preferably: * Practical experience with **backlog management and writing user stories.** * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban). * Ability to handle multiple requests within a regulated context. * Clear communication with technical and business areas. **Differentiators** * Prior knowledge of payroll deduction rules, margin calculations, agreements, and benefits. * Experience with integrations between financial systems. * Experience in highly regulated environments. * Experience with products in growth or restructuring phases. **Our Benefits** Flexible meal/voucher allowance Health insurance Dental insurance ✅ Life insurance Transportation voucher Gympass / Wellhub SESC Childcare allowance Bonus At **Amigoz**, we specialize in transforming the payroll-deductible credit experience into simple, agile, and accessible solutions.
