Apply now and build the future of technology with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Identify problems/opportunities and proactively propose recommendations, considering either a product problem/need or an end-user need; * Act as a facilitator in problem resolution alongside the team and development team; * Plan, conduct, and lead qualitative and quantitative research—analyzing data and comparing trends in metrics against business objectives—to derive actionable insights and new solutions, with emphasis on user experience; * Understand and apply design methodologies to digital products within retail and e-commerce contexts; * Collaborate with development, marketing, and operations teams to solve problems and implement systems—including design, development, and delivery—as well as communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proficiency in product conceptualization frameworks such as MVP, discovery sprint, and Discovery processes (research, ideation, validation); * Ability to develop and analyze agile methods: data interpretation, needs assessment, opportunity and risk identification, process mapping, and communication initiatives; * Mastery in creating and executing a Design System: defining guidelines to support optimal design implementation, taking responsibility for setting analytical objectives, understanding and articulating business needs to align with corporate strategy, and proposing suitable solutions; * Skill in engaging cross-functional teams and stakeholders regarding user-specific characteristics and expectations, actively listening to diverse perspectives in the best possible organizational environment; * Ability to deeply engage with agile practices and principles related to usability, design, and innovation. * Preferred qualifications include: * Experience with SaaS platforms. * Certifications such as PSM, CSM, CSPO, or others. **Additional Information** * Experience in the insurance sector * Experience as a service designer We are the **SysMap Group**, composed of the brands **SysMap Solutions, TriggoLabs, and triggo.ai**—an ecosystem of high-impact companies in the market, delivering innovative technology solutions that transform businesses and develop people.
