Performing computer maintenance and supporting installation/configuration Fundação do ABC is looking for a Junior IT Technician to provide technical support in a corporate environment, contributing to meeting IT demands and ensuring service continuity. We seek a proactive candidate with strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a focus on problem resolution, who is interested in developing expertise in the information technology field. Position: Junior IT Technician Requirements: * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Information Technology (Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields); * Knowledge of Windows operating systems; * Basic understanding of computer networks; Location: Fundação do ABC \- Santo André What We Expect From You: * Providing technical support to end users; * Supporting business processes. * Performing computer and peripheral maintenance; * Assisting with system and network installation and configuration; * Performing other duties relevant to the position. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience in the field; * Familiarity with helpdesk tools (e.g., GLPI) is desirable.
