Description:
* Required:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Transportation Engineering, Railway Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields;
* CREA or CAU (for architects only)
* Desired:
* Postgraduate degree/MBA in Project Management;
* Postgraduate degree/Master's degree in a related specialty
* Plan and supervise all phases of railway building projects, from conception through completion.
* Develop and monitor project schedules, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
* Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
* Support multidisciplinary teams to ensure integration and cohesion among different project components.
* Prepare and review technical documents, progress reports, and project proposals.
* Ensure compliance with sector-specific safety, quality, and environmental standards and regulations for the railway industry.
* Facilitate communication among stakeholders by organizing regular update and problem-resolution meetings.
* Identify and implement continuous improvements in project management processes and practices.
* Guide the project team, providing support and professional development.
* Collaborate with regulatory authorities and government agencies to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
