Support in cost control, planning, and quality assurance ### **Job Summary** We are looking for a **Civil Engineering Intern** to work on construction sites as part of our **INTERNSHIP PROGRAM**, supporting engineers across operational fronts, cost control, planning, and quality assurance. The internship emphasizes **technical and practical development, providing comprehensive exposure to site routines** and management processes. ### **Responsibilities** * Assist engineers with office-based activities related to construction service execution; * Support the control and administration of inputs, materials, equipment, and labor; * Assist in planning work fronts and resource requests; * Support measurement of services performed by the company and third parties; * Monitor cost control, deadlines, and site production; * Update measurement spreadsheets, cost records, and physical\-financial tracking sheets; * Support technological control and processes under the Quality Management System; * Assist in organizing site documents, forms, and reports. ### **Education Requirements** * Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering program; * Interest in technical development and practical learning; * Basic knowledge of Excel and control tools (desirable). ### **Requirements and Competencies** * Proactivity and eagerness to learn; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Strong communication and teamwork abilities; * Analytical mindset and interest in planning and cost management; * Sense of responsibility and commitment; * Ability to handle operational and technical routines. ### **Benefits** * Nationwide dental plan * Meal allowance * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher ### **Diversity \& Inclusion** We value diversity and encourage applications from **People with Disabilities (PWD).**
