Job Summary: A professional responsible for import and export activities, including submission of information to Customs, package tracking, and preparation of operational reports. Key Highlights: 1. Handling customs clearance processes 2. Systemic support for import and export operations 3. Preparation of operational reports and performance indicators Main Activities and Responsibilities Submitting import package information from the Anjun system to the Customs system; Requesting payment of taxes for packages released by Customs; Updating systems and monitoring package status; Preparing operational reports and performance indicators; Creating and tracking service tickets; Providing systemic support to operations; Handling customs clearance processes for export packages. Requirements Education: Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree; preferably in Logistics or International Trade. Technical Skills and Experience: Advanced Excel proficiency; Intermediate English (preferred); Strong verbal and written communication skills; Prior experience in customs clearance is a plus.
