**Job Description:** A Junior Software Tester supports the development team in identifying and correcting software defects, following task documentation and pre-defined test scripts (when applicable), and documents results.
**Responsibilities:**
* Perform manual and automated tests.
* Report identified bugs and defects.
* Assist in creating test cases.
* Follow defined test plans and test scripts.
* Participate in team meetings and provide basic feedback.
* Create tutorials and develop training materials for system routines.
* Support technical support in clarifying doubts or identifying issues.
**Technical Skills:**
* Basic knowledge of functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
* Familiarity with task management tools (e.g., JIRA).
* Basic understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
* Ability to analyze simple error logs and identify potential causes.
* Knowledge of tax, accounting, labor, and corporate management routines.
