Praiamar Hotels Group is seeking a proactive and committed Maintenance Assistant to support the team in preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and equipment. This professional will play a key role in preserving and ensuring the proper functioning of hotel environments, guaranteeing the comfort and safety of our guests and staff. * Perform minor maintenance tasks on electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary installations, following guidance from the maintenance team; * Assist in repairing equipment and furniture, contributing to the preservation of environments; * Carry out painting, masonry, and other general services for facility preservation and improvements; * Monitor and assist in preventive inspection and maintenance routines; * Organize and maintain tools and work materials in good condition; * Report to supervision the need for equipment replacement or major repairs.
