Responsibilities and duties * Conduct internal sales via telephone and e\-mail; * Prospect new clients and manage the existing client portfolio; * Provide customer service and support; * Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate, and close contracts; * Keep the sales system updated. Requirements and qualifications * Minimum 1 year of prior experience in sales and customer service; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Proactivity and teamwork spirit; * Strong negotiation and persuasion skills; * CRM and Microsoft Office knowledge is desirable; * Knowledge of paper and coatings will be considered a plus.
