To achieve this, it is essential to have a profile that **makes things happen**, takes **ownership** of one’s career, understands the importance of **flexibility**, commits to **problem solving**, and demonstrates **responsibility** in everything undertaken. **We believe that providing a positive work environment—with learning and development opportunities—contributes to career growth and success stories.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **THE APPRENTICE WILL:** Support administrative activities within their assigned department, carrying out tasks directed, taught, and supervised by one or more team members; Handle telephone inquiries, providing appropriate answers when knowledgeable, or taking messages and routing them to the responsible person as needed; Process invoices for payment, organize and file department documents; Participate in scheduled development meetings and challenges; Attend and complete theoretical activities required by the partner Apprenticeship Institution. **Requirements and Qualifications** The program lasts **18 months**, including a professional apprenticeship course in Commerce, Services, and Tourism offered by a partner institution in the region, featuring hands-on administrative activities and behavioral development.
