**Who are we?** Responsible for personal achievements, professional growth and dream realization, Âncora always seeks to help and innovate, prioritizing what we value most in our culture: ethics, evolution and empathy. **Your challenges:** * Develop and maintain web applications using **Next.js (Pages Router)** and **React**, focusing on performance, stability and user experience. * Create robust APIs using **Next.js API Routes/Handlers**, ensuring organization, security and scalability. * Work daily with **MongoDB**, **MySQL** and **SQL Server**, creating efficient queries, pipelines, aggregations and advanced optimizations. * Develop integrations with external services (payments, ERPs, commercial partners, internal automations and legacy systems). * Implement backend logic with **Node.js**, respecting architectural patterns, data validation and performance best practices. * Participate in technical and architectural decisions, helping to evolve Âncora's systems. * Monitor and optimize production applications, fixing performance issues and ensuring stability. * Contribute to code reviews, coding standards and development best practices. **What are we looking for?** Solid experience with: * JavaScript and TypeScript. * Next.js (Pages Router) and React (hooks, SSR, SSG, rendering optimization). * Node.js using Next.js API Routes. * MongoDB (aggregations, indexes, performance, Atlas Search). * SQL: MySQL — relational modeling, joins, indexes, EXPLAIN, stored procedures / SQL Server — procedures, views, complex joins, optimized queries. * Git, version control best practices and collaborative work. Important differentials * Experience with external integrations via REST, webhooks and third-party APIs. * Knowledge of MongoDB Atlas Search (text and vectors). * Experience with Tailwind and UI libraries such as Radix UI. * Experience with Docker and deployment on platforms like Railway, Render, Coolify, Hetzner, AWS and Heroku. * Experience with Kanban and iterative development. **What do we offer?** * Fixed salary \+ bonus.
