**Working hours:** Fixed weekly day off and one alternate Sunday
**Main responsibilities:**
* Manage all store operations, ensuring achievement of sales targets, profitability, and service quality;
* Develop and monitor commercial strategies, promotions, and campaigns to improve results;
* Monitor performance indicators (revenue, margin, average transaction value, inventory turnover, etc.);
* Ensure excellence in customer experience by guiding the team on service standards and conduct;
* Supervise sales, cashiers, stock, and administrative teams, promoting engagement and talent development;
* Control inventory, orders, and product restocking, ensuring proper display and product availability;
* Manage operational costs, optimizing resources and improving store efficiency;
* Implement and monitor loss prevention policies and inventory control;
* Support HR in recruitment, training, and employee performance evaluations;
* Prepare management reports and present results to senior management;
* Ensure compliance with safety, health, and internal procedures.
**Mandatory requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, Marketing, or related fields;
* Solid experience in retail management, preferably as a manager or senior coordinator;
* Knowledge of team management, performance metrics, and results management;
* Proficiency in Excel and management systems (ERP, POS, CRM);
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills;
* Analytical, strategic mindset with results orientation;
* Good communication skills, dynamic personality, and customer service focus;
* Availability for business hours and occasional travel.
**Desirable requirements:**
* Experience with financial indicators and budget control.
* Postgraduate degree or MBA in Retail Management, Leadership, or Business.
* Experience in process implementation and store expansion.
