Minimum mandatory requirements: · Technical course in the field of computer science and/or electrical engineering, and/or electroelectronics, and/or data communication, or may have a high school education, provided they have complementary training in the field of microcomputing and/or networking and/or data communication, with a minimum course load of 250 hours and proven minimum experience. Summary description of activities: · Execute computerization projects. · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all computer equipment; · Install, configure, maintain, and test computer equipment; · Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems upon requests from the CONTRACTING PARTY; · Provide assistance to users of the CONTRACTING PARTY when servicing their units; · Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, physical, communication, and logical networks, carried out by Network Technicians; · Assemble and install network cables and equipment; · Register and label equipment covered by this notice, according to its terms; · Conduct inventory of computer equipment, always ensuring information accuracy and up-to-dateness; · Assist in execution and restoration of data backups, ensuring proper storage, maintenance, and correct procedures; · Perform other related job duties.
