





We are looking for a Customer Experience Assistant to join our team! If you are passionate about delivering the best customer journey, have experience in data analysis and continuous improvement, this position is for you. Responsibilities: * Monitor and analyze the customer journey to identify areas for improvement; * Develop and implement initiatives to enhance user experience; * Collect and interpret feedback, indicators, and satisfaction metrics (NPS, CSAT, CES); * Collaborate with departments such as Customer Service, Sales, and IT to optimize processes; * Prepare reports and presentations with strategic insights for decision-making. ? Requirements: * Degree in Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, IT, or related fields; * Experience in Customer Experience, Customer Success, or Customer Service; * Knowledge of satisfaction metrics and continuous improvement methodologies; * Proficiency with tools such as Excel, BI, and similar, with focus on data analysis; * Excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, and focus on innovation. ?
