Inspection and diagnosis of machinery. **Job Mission:** Work in the Engineering and Maintenance area, operating refrigeration systems, starting motors, fans, and pneumatic and electroelectronic control devices; verifying the operation of compressors, ammonia pumps, and glycol pumps; inspecting evaporators and condensers; controlling the operation of refrigeration systems, performing basic preventive maintenance—including equipment cleaning, oil replacement and replenishment; operating and monitoring the water pump station for hygiene and production use, as well as carrying out other related and inherent duties. Main Responsibilities: * Operate refrigeration systems by starting motors, fans, and pneumatic and electroelectronic control devices to ensure proper system functionality. * Verify the operation of compressors, ammonia pumps, and glycol pumps. * Inspect evaporators and condensers. * Control the operation of refrigeration systems, performing basic preventive maintenance—including equipment cleaning, oil replacement and replenishment. * Operate and monitor the water pump station for hygiene and production use. * Use communication equipment to record operational incidents and complete routine reports. * Perform tasks in accordance with technical, quality, safety, hygiene, health, and environmental preservation standards and procedures. * Conduct inspections to diagnose the condition and operational status of machinery. * Monitor equipment parameters to ensure operational efficiency.
