**Required Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields; Strong knowledge of Laravel, PHP, Git, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server and MySQL databases; Practical experience as a web developer, with prior work using the Laravel framework; **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with React, Selenium, DevOps. **Main Responsibilities:** Responsible for analyzing internal requirements and developing or customizing systems to ensure alignment with defined objectives; Maintain applications by identifying and resolving technical issues, and ensuring delivery quality through testing and compliance with specifications; Prepare technical documentation and user manuals, and propose improvements to development processes; Support system implementation by conducting tests and validations; Assist new team members through hands-on training and monitor tools to identify and resolve incidents; Collaborate proactively to ensure timely delivery of all assigned tasks. **Additional Information:** Work arrangement: Remote (home office); Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
