Manage performance indicators and financial control of the branch. ### **Responsibilities:** * Manage branch operations, ensuring achievement of commercial, operational, and financial targets; * Lead administrative, commercial, and operational teams, promoting alignment, development, and high performance; * Monitor project progress from prospecting through delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and profitability; * Develop commercial strategies for customer acquisition, sales, and branch business expansion; * Manage performance indicators (sales, costs, productivity, delinquency, and results); * Conduct budgetary management and financial control of the branch; * Ensure compliance with internal processes, legal regulations, and company policies; * Maintain strategic relationships with customers, investors, suppliers, partners, and public agencies; * Support feasibility analysis for new projects and business opportunities; * Represent the branch institutionally to the market and stakeholders. ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Solid experience managing branches or units, preferably in real estate or civil construction; * Experience in commercial, financial, and operational management; * Knowledge of real estate development, sales, and the civil construction market; * Team leadership and results-oriented management; * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
