Job Summary: Bourbon Hospitalidade is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Analyst to manage, maintain, and evolve the company's technological infrastructure, while actively participating in strategic infrastructure and information security projects. Focus on information security and performance Bourbon Hospitalidade, one of the leading companies in the hospitality market, is looking for a **Senior Infrastructure Analyst** for its corporate office located in downtown Curitiba \- PR. This professional will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and evolving the organization's technological infrastructure, and will actively lead strategic infrastructure and information security projects. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage and maintain technological infrastructure (data center, servers, networks, and end-user environments), ensuring availability, performance, and security; * Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues, proactively preventing incidents; * Plan, implement, and maintain security updates (patch management) on servers, operating systems, and network assets, ensuring compliance and vulnerability mitigation; * Administer and operate the corporate antivirus console, including protection policies, incident response, quarantine, threat analysis, and security reporting; * Implement, maintain, and enhance information security controls and policies, ensuring data protection and adherence to best practices; * Administer firewalls, VPNs, internet links, and network segmentation, with emphasis on security and performance; * Plan and execute network projects, with strong focus on: Corporate Wi\-Fi and hospitality-specific Wi\-Fi projects (high-density environments, coverage, and performance); * Conduct site surveys, capacity assessments, and wireless network optimization; * Implement continuous improvements to guest connectivity experience and operational efficiency; * Administer virtualized environments and servers (Windows and Linux), including: * Active Directory, File Server, Print Server; * Terminal Services and load balancing; * Manage backup routines, remote access, asset inventory, and tools such as GLPI; * Monitor the environment using tools like Zabbix and Grafana, ensuring visibility and proactive intervention; * Participate in infrastructure and security projects, contributing to technical design, implementation, and enhancements; * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and contribute to the team’s knowledge base; * Liaise with technology vendors and partners; * Handle infrastructure support tickets (Level 2 and Level 3\). REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields; * Solid experience in IT infrastructure administration; * Advanced knowledge of: * Networks (routing, switching, and Wi\-Fi); * Information security; * Server and virtualization administration; * Practical experience with: * Corporate antivirus management; * Security patching and remediation; * Firewall and network administration.
